We use your information to prepare quotes, arrange pickup and drop-off, carry out and warranty repair work, send service updates (primarily via WhatsApp or phone), process payments, and meet our legal and licensing obligations. If you opt in, we may occasionally send service reminders or offers — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
